Rougemont: A large extension to provide a new kitchen, dining area and snug.

This was a challenging but exciting project to undertake. The logistics of the site required careful planning as the property was situated on a steep hill with limited access.

The extension was built into the ground requiring the removal of 250m3 of earth before the retaining walls and concrete slab could be constructed. The fitting of a lantern ceiling window to create light into the kitchen together with bi-fold doors that created a large opening from the snug into the patio garden made for an amazing finish which the Clients were delighted with.
